3. How do I know if an item is in stock?
We hold large quantities of stock for most of our product range, so please order with confidence. For any specific queries, please contact us and we'll advise you on stock availability. Just give us a call on 01609 883 860.
4. Is shopping online safe?
Whenever card or personal details are entered onto our site, they are entered on a securely held page (you may notice a padlock icon appear on your screen). The details are encrypted, and the encryption key is held away from the Global Scientific domain. We have an SSL security certificate ensuring that our security is of the highest order and will confirm to you that the certificate belongs to ourselves Please see our security policy along with privacy policy for more details
5. How do I register with you?
Once you have items in your shopping cart, as you go to checkout, you will be asked to register. If you are already registered on our database, then please enter your username and password. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to enter a few details to register.
6. How do I become an Account Customer?
To Open an account please contact us at sales@globalscientific.co.uk we will issue an account request form. Upon completion of the form an account will be opened.
7. What are your terms of payment for Account Customers?
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
8. How do I place an order?
Online
Ordering on-line with Global Scientific is easy. You can pay by debit/credit card by selecting the credit/debit card payment option as your preferred method of payment and follow the on screen instructions. You can also pay via Paypal if you have a paypal account as you go through checkout. Please visit Paypal if you wish to set up a paypal account and pay using this method.
By Telephone
You can also place orders by telephoning us on freephone 01609883860. If you are an account customer then you can pay by invoice within 30 days or you can pay over the phone using your credit/debit card.
Post
Account customers can post their purchase orders to us at Global Scientific, Underwood House, Clack lane, Osmotherley, North Yorkshire, DL6 3PN. Invoices will be despatched with goods.
