A new range of Biopsy Bags has been developed by Global Scientific in response to an ever increasing demand from histology laboratories for alternatives to BioWrap Paper and foam biopsy pads.

These bags, which are used to hold small biopsy and histological specimen samples during processing, are available in units of 1000.

Three sizes available - 30mm x 45mm, 45mm x 75mm, 75mm x 95mm. An easy tear design allows for the fast retrieval of the sample after processing. The Biopsy Bag ian be used as a sieve with the thin mesh (0.2x0.2mm) provides excellent fluid exchange and avoids small sample loss. Convenient peel open bag allows for placing and removing specimen quickly.

Biopsy bags are polyester mesh bags which are designed to contain and protect small biopsy specimens derived from the human body, during processing. The specimens are used to facilitate in-vitro examination of cellular deformity.
